+ How often do you recommend I come to the gym?

If you’re just starting, we recommend at least two to three days/week for your first couple of weeks. After that build-up to what your schedule allows. Each workout is completely scalable so you can go fast, heavy, light, or slow depending on how you feel and what your body allows.

+ I’m not in very good shape… can I do this?

Of course! Every workout is completely scalable to meet your current needs or limitations. Our coaches are here to help you modify your workout to achieve the best results.

+ What will my first time in your gym be like?

If it’s your first time, we want you to feel comfortable. One of our awesome coaches will greet you and walk you through each and every class so you won’t feel lost or out of place. We got you!
