Rebecca has been a full-time personal trainer since 2016. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science, CF-L1, NASM Certified Personal Training, Precision Nutrition Lv1 and Pain Free Performance certificates.
In her professional fitness career, she loves teaching people about fitness and nutrition that will build a strong foundation for everything that one does outside of the gym. She emphasizes simplicity, because it works!
To her, CrossFit means more than just a place to workout. It means community and a place that people come together to lift each other up and to do hard things together!
Growing up in Minnesota, Rebecca was very active with playing soccer, riding horses, and running track throughout grade school. Attending Rocky Mountain College in Billings, MT, Rebecca’s enthusiasm for the outdoors continued as she participated in, and eventually led, trips backpacking, hiking, camping, and skiing.
In the gym Rebecca enjoys Powerlifting and CrossFit, and has been a competitive powerlifter and USPA Powerlifting Referee, while outside of the gym she enjoys helping her husband with house renovations, art, golf (at times), participating in obstacle course races, trail running, hiking, skiing, and loving their two dogs.
